Description
We present here the TDPAC measurement of gamma-gamma cascade of 111Cd in semiconductor (CdTe) and insulator (CdO) matrices to understand the after-effects following the EC decay of 111In. The recovery time of the holes created by the EC decay in the above matrices have been measured at room temperature. (author). 5 refs., 1 fig., 1 tab
