Influence of complex formation on sorption of zinc and cadmium radionuclides by iron(III) and uranium(Ⅵ) hydroxides and titanium(IV) oxide

  • 1. Tajik National University, Dushanbe (Tajikistan)

Description

In order to determine the dependence of sorption of radionuclides 65Zn2+ and 115mCd2+ on concentration of NH4NO3 at different ph values of medium the sorption of above mentioned ions at their concentrations 5·10-5 mol/l and different concentrations of NH4NO3 (0.005; 0.10; 0.25; 0.50; 1.00 mol/l) at ion force 1.0 M in solutions containing 2;3; and 5 mol/l of NH4NO3 at ph range 3+14 is studied. Optimal conditions of concentration and separation from sorbent for radionuclides 65Zn, 115mCd and 238U are found.
