The interaction of plasticity and diffusion controlled precipitation reactions
Creators
Description
The interactions of plasticity and diffusive phase transitions are considered both in terms of sequential and concommitant processes. The resulting microstructural evolution is examined both in terms of modification of the thermodynamic driving forces and the kinetic response by plasticity, and illustrated by examples in various metallic systems
