Meeting the demands of the present and the future requires innovation. Often, innovation occurs through teamwork in which people with different talents and skills work together to achieve mutual goals. A team experience can be either positive and fruitful or frustrating and unproductive. A positive team experience offers greater potential for innovation. What supports a positive team experience? Under what conditions do people feel connected and engaged? What can a team do to increase the likelihood of being creative and innovative?
