Comparison of survey and alignment methods for picosecond and femtosecond linear accelerators

The picosecond linear accelerator ws aligned by the micro-collimator, while the femtosecond one by the laser tracker mainly. In respect of accuracy, efficiency and cost, the merit of the laser tracker technology can be obviously seen. (authors)
