Investigations on capillary perfusion in superior rectus muscle in rabbit with the use of radioactive 133Xe
Description
Method of tissues clearens was adapted for investigation of the blood flow in external eye muscles in rabbit. It was established that it amounts 0.1315 ml/min/g and this is about six times the amount of blood flow in skeletal muscles during rest. It was shown that adrenalin, pridazol and sadamin reduce the blood flow. (author)
