Synthesis and physical properties of YBa2Cu3O7 single crystals

Description
The growth of YBa2Cu3O7 single crystals on melt surface under gradient conditions is described. The properties of the single crystals in normal and superconducting states are comprehensively studied. Fluctuation contribution to electrical temperature dependence of both electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility anisotropy of the crystals
