Energy spectrum and electrical properties of strong-anisotropic crystals with ''covalent bridges''
- 1. Uzhgorodskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (Ukrainian SSR)
Description
The influence of ''covalent bridges'' on the properties of strong-anisotropic crystals was studied on the model of a layered crystal with impurity randomly distributed in the interlayer space. It is shown that the ''covalent bridges'' essentially affect the energy spectrum of the crystal and cause the growth of transversal conductivity sigmasub(trans). The results obtained are used for interpretation of the decreasing anisotropy in conductivity Ksub(sigma)=sigmasub(long)/sigmasub(trans) for the BiSeJ crystals observed in alloying
