Application of pressure-superposed water supply equipment in demineralized water distribution system of nuclear power plant
Description
Pressure-superposed water supply equipment have the advantages of compact structure, flexible arrangement and installation, convenient management and maintenance, low cost, less land occupation and investment, low running noise etc. In recent years, with the roundly application of the equipment and the implementation of technical regulations and product standards for non negative pressure water supply equipments, the great development has been done and the improvement has been made, as well as the application in engineering field is more and more mature. There are a lot of demineralized water users all over the nuclear plant. As the coverage is large, and the pressure demands of the users are different, there will be some individual users with small water consumption but high pressure demands. In this case, if the pressure of the whole system is increased to meet the needs of individual users, the reliability of the system will be reduced, the energy consumption will be increased, and the difficulty of operation and maintenance shall be increased too. The application of pressure-superposed water supply equipment in water distribution system of nuclear power plant can solve the problem above. The high pressure demands of individual users can be meet by using the remaining pressure of outdoor pipeline network, and the reliability of water quality is guaranteed. Because the application conditions of the pressure-superposed water supply equipment, the feasibility of the equipment used in demineralized water distribution system is analyzed and the application of the equipment in a sub item is given in this paper.
