Data-treatment on low cycle fatigue. Analysis of some techniques and approximations. Part.1

Description

In the treatment of data for low cycle fatigue different correlations of functions are used in order to interpret the material behaviour to cyclic deformations. One of them is the socalled cyclic curve which my be obtained by different techniques gathered in the present work. To represent the plastic component that this datum is not easy to get for certain structural components and in those cases it is used the extrapolation Langer's method. Besides, some structural components must face stationary and transitory conditions of operation at high temperature, which establish a complexity of stresses and strains that should be analyzed both as a cause of creep and damage by fatigue. For the treatment of the problem different approaches have been propossed and they are revised in the present work. (author)
