Description
Swift Heavy Ion (SHI) irradiated BaxSr1-xTiO3 compositions (x 0.75, 0.85 and 0.90) are studied using structural, micro-structural, ferroelectric and dielectric techniques. The properties are compared with unirradiated bulk ceramics.
