Development of imaging system by CdTe radiation detectors

Description
CdTe radiation detectors have been researched and developed for long time by many researchers. Recent development of CdTe detectors were not only its reducing of leakage current and energy resolution but also its stability, reproducibility, obtaining and cost. In this paper, we report the imaging system by using CdTe radiation detectors and its problems, and on a new device to solve it. (author)
