A UHV chopper design for SSRL

Description

A UHV beam chopper has been designed at SSRL. It features incremental attenuation settings that can span a range of 30 db or more and is designed to handle up to 100 W input power. In this paper, the design of the chopper is outlined and discussed. (orig.)
