Diffusion processes on crystal surface
Creators
Description
Problems of substance transport along a free surface of crystals have been consistently propounded for the first time. Diffusion processes on the surface have been considered in detail under conditions, when a direction of substance flow is given by different external fields. Behaviour of island films, cathode emitter time change and also a problem of stability and decomposition of continuous films produced on solid-phase substrates have been considered. Effect of different types of radiation on the above processes have been discussed in detail
