Variation of point defect mobility in radiation field
Description
Excitation of normal lattice oscillations localized in the point defect region, which leads to the increase of defect mobility, was considered in the flux of fast nonrelativistic particles. In the stationary case, the expression for frequency of transitions in the radiation field as the function of radiation temperature, flux density and energy of incident particles was obtained for temperatures higher than the Debye one
