Search for 2β decay of 100Mo and 116Cd into the 100Ru and 116Sn excited states

Description
Using semiconductor γ-spectrometer, restrictions for the existence of 2β-decay of 100Mo and 116Cd on the excited levels of daughter nuclei have been obtained. In particular, for the transition on the first excited level the following restrictions are found: T1/2 (0ν+2ν; 0+ → 21+)>1.4x1020 years for 100Mo and >1.7x1020 years for 116Cd. The restriction T1/2(0ν+2ν; 0+ → 01+)>4.2x1019 years for 100Mo(0+) → 100Ru(01+) transition is obtained
