The methodology it is based fundamentally on the evaluation of exposition scenarios of family and members of the public to the radiations coming from the patient and in the modulational of the variation of the dose rate at a certain distance of this to estimate the appropriate moment to give him the high one so that the approaches of dose restriction are completed people and of dose limitation to the public settled down in the effective legislation. As a result you offers a chart where it is shown, for the radionuclides more used in the country, the activity values and dose rate starting from which one could give high to the patients and the activity values and dose rate starting from which the delivery of instructions would be required these patients in writing
