This readily comprehensible paper describes various possibilities for the reduction of environmental pollution by means of increasing the efficiency of energy utilisation, raising the price of fossile and nuclear energies step by step by imposing an ecological tax in order to keep external costs at a low level and encourage energy saving. Abstract (German)

In diesem allgemeinverstaendlichen Beitrag werden verschiedene Moeglichkeiten der Verringerung der Umweltbelastungen eroertert und zwar durch eine deutliche Steigerung der Energieeffizienz, eine Anhebung (in kleinen Stufen mit Signalwirkung) der Energiepreise fuer fossile Energietraeger und Nuklearenergie durch eine oekologische Steuer zur Niedrighaltung externer Kosten und durch Energieeinsparung.
