Superhigh energy cosmic radiation

The results of investigation of the primary superhigh energy cosmic radiation at the Moscow State University and Yakutsk installations are presented. New investigation method realized at these installations are briefly reported. A particular attention is given to the results on primary cosmic radiation energy spectrum in the 1015-1019 eV energy range. The role of Galactic cosmic rays and cosmic rays of metagalactic origin as well as new mechanisms providing particle acceleration up to energies of more than 1019 eV order are discussed. Cosmic rays at energies up to 1017 eV have an intragalactic origin. A sharp change in the form of a primary energy spectrum is bound to the decrease of cosmic rays accumulation factor beginning from E>300 HZl energies, where l is typical size of magnetic nonuniformities, H - magnetic field. At energies exceeding 1017 eV on the base of admissible sufficiently weak dependence of the anisotropy coefficient on energy and on the base of the measured absolute particle flux of such energies metagalactic cosmic rays origin should be prefered
