Study of clone forming cells (CFC) in blood and bone marrow of subjects with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)
Description
Density of blood and bone marrow CFC of patients with CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) is lower than density of normal CFC. The rate of bone marrow and blood light CFC of normal subjects and of subjects with LMC were determined. Bone marrow and blood samples from the same subject were also studied. Comparative study of blood and bone marrow has shown that the rate of bone marrow light CFC is lower than the rate of blood CFC
