Comparison of HCG and 2nd IRP-HMG standards in LH radioimmunoassay
Description
The results are shown of a comparison of the investigation of 62 urine samples by RIA using HCG and 2nd IRP-HMG standards. It was found that 1 I.U. of the HCG standard for LH corresponds to 2.86 I.U. of the HMG standard, which well agrees with the literature data. (L.O.)
