Analysis of I - V-characteristics of YBa2Cu3O7-x near Tc by means of the modulational technique

Description
Results of investigation of temperature, current and magnetic field effect on I - V-characteristics of YBa2Cu3O7-x monocrystals near Tc are presented. Voltages of Un harmonics, decreasing in value with growth of their number, were investigated. Only uneven harmonics were observed in the absence of steady current. Temperature dependences of Un(T) (n > 1) harmonics have the form of sharp maximums near Tc. Temperatures of Tn harmonic maximums coincide with each other within the limit of measurement accuracy. 9 refs., 2 figs
