Electrotransport in lithium fluoride near the surface layer

Description
The thermalstimulated ionic near the surface current has been measured in the lithium fluoride single crystals in the temperature range from 330 to 500 K. It has been discovered that the initial samples have the mechanoinduced near the surface layer with the high conductivity. The electroactive defects nature is under consideration.11 refs., 2 figs
