Research on nationalization of nuclear power equipment in China

According to the experience and practical capacity of nuclear power plant equipment design and manufacture in China, the authors analyze the necessity and possibility of nationalization for 600 MW nuclear equipment. The authors point out that the design of nuclear island equipment is the key problem of nationalization. Based on some fixed manufacture equipment for nuclear power equipment manufacturing, so long as increasing some key manufacture equipment and instruments, the requirement of the nuclear power development will be suited. The authors predict that the rate of nationalization of the first 600 MW nuclear power unit can attain about 70%
