Monitor of contamination of hands uaand clothes
Description
An instrument was designed for measuring alpha and beta contamination of hands and of beta contamination of clothing and working surfaces. Proportional flow counters and GM counters, respectively, are used as detectors. The design allows simultaneous measurement of the contamination of both hands, this even with low-energy beta radionuclides, such as carbon 14. (Ha)
