Experimental investigations of a 3 cm relativistic BWO

Description
The operation of a relativistic BWO (Backward Wave Oscillator) is briefly described. The experimental equipment and the measurement method are described in detail. The results of the first experiment are given. The peak power of the relativistic BWO is about 98 MW in 3 cm-band and the efficiency is about 10%
