Some aspects of development of heavy ions physics and superheavy element synthesis
Description
The analysis of present state of investigations of nuclear fusion-fission in reactions with heavy ions and synthesis of superheavy elements is carried out. The dinuclear system is considered as a mechanism of superheavy element formation. The importance of quasi-fission process is pointed out the necessity of experimental separation of fission fragments from quasi-fission fragments. The shell effects and the role of deep inelastic processes are considered. (author)
