Influence of alloying on behaviour of structural inheritance of β-phase (Al3Mg2) in alloys of Al-Mg system

Description

The influence of alloying on behaviour of structural inheritance of β-phase (Al3Mg2) in alloys of Al-Mg system gas been studied in present article. The quantitative assessment of influence of alloying components on activity and solubility of magnesium in the systems Al(1)-Mg(2)-Zn(3)-rare earth metals (4) has been carried out. It has been defined that magnesium activity at the presence of rare earth metals (rare earth metals, except Sc and Y) decreases in aluminium alloy. The acoustic ability and mechanical properties of alloys in the system Al-Mg-Zn-rare earth metals depending on ratio of zinc and magnesium in the alloy and quantity of alloying additives of rare earth metals have been studied as well.
