Study on decay properties of giant dipole resonance of 32S nuclei

Description
Energy distributions of photoprotons for 32S at 16 values of the upper boundary of gamma bremsstrahlung in the energy of the giant dipole resonance have geen measured. The crosssection of the 32S (γ, p0)31P reaction has been obtained. Using a generalized model of the g nt resonance decay the photoproton spectr for 32S and Esup(max)sub(γ) ranging from 17 to 30 MeV has been calculated. The theoretical and experimental spectra are compared
