Transceiver for pulsed terahertz spectroscopy based on photoconductive antenna

Description
The paper is concerned with the possibility of creating a pulsed terahertz transceiver. One photoconductive antenna is used for THz radiation generation and detection in this case. The experimental scheme and operation principle of this device are presented. (paper)
