Description
The authors study the evolution of colour confinement in hadron-nucleus collisions and determine the resulting xF dependence for the suppression of quarkonium production on nuclear targets. The Landau-Pomeranchuk effect applied to colour bremsstrahlung is shown to play a considerable role in the form of the suppression
