Submillimeter dielectric spectra of superionic ceramics Na3Sc2(PO4)3
Description
Spectra of permittivity epsilon(ν) and dynamic conductivity Σ (ν) of double sodium scadium phosphates of Na3Sc2(PO4)3 have been measured at 9-23 cm sup(-1) frequencies in 20-230 deg C temperature range. Three types of dispersion mechanisms were recorded: Drudev low-frequency conductivity, high-frequency lattice resonance in 50 cmsup(-1) region and uncommon relaxator for 12 cm sup(-1) posessing relaxation time independent of temperature
