Deuteron breakup and duster structure of the six-quark wave function of the deuteron
Description
A detailed calculation of inclusive (d, p) breakup on hydrogen and carbon target at relativistic energy with the proton registered at θ=0 is provided. Impulse approximation, as well as multiple scattering effects and the Pauli principle at the level of constituent quarks of the deuteron, are taken into account. Satisfactory description of the differential cross section, tensor analyzing power, T20, and polarization transfer from the deuteron to the proton, k0, is obtained
