Description

The changing role of electronic personal dosemeters is discussed, and the specification of an electronic personal dosemeter suitable for use as a legal dosemeter is presented. The advantages of this type of dosemeter over the passive types are discussed, and the arrangements for its commercial production are indicated. (orig.)
