Radiolysis of surfactant in thin film of solution. Processes proceeded in film
Description
Surfactant destruction reactions on the foam film surface and inside of it at γ-radiation are discussed. Radical diffusion role in destructing the surface is estimated. It is shown that in the absence of chain processes free enthalpy values G(-surfactant) at foam radiolysis must not greatly differ from G(-surfactant) at radiolysis of corresponding solutions. Discussed are ratios of chemical reactions on the surface and its exchange, and an experimentally established fact of chain process and radiolysis proceeding in the surface layer
