Reponse matrix of symmetric nodes with absorber rods

A calculational method of response matrices of symmetrical heterogeneous nodes in which absorber rods are located, has been formulated in the diffusion approximation. The calculation is much simplified by using the irreducible representation of the symmetry of node. (author)
