Description
Irradiation of the Zaidela ascite hepatoma cells with the short-wave (254nm) and long-wave (300-380nm) ultraviolet radiation in doses, 10-99% suppressing cell tumor-forming ability, is accompanied by immediate 22-83% reduction of acid phosphatase in lysosomes. Enzyme output out of lysosomes, connected with the violation of their integrity takes place in 4-7 hours after irradiation
