Towards the search for gravitational waves from inspiralling compact binaries in TAMA300 data during 2003: the data quality and stability

  • 1. Department of Earth and Space Science, Graduate School of Science, Osaka University, Toyonaka, Osaka 560-0043 (Japan)

Description

We present the preliminary results of the analysis to search for inspiralling compact binaries using TAMA300 DT8 data which were taken during 2003. We compare the quality and the stability of the data with that taken during DT6 in 2001. We find that the DT8 data have better quality and stability than the DT6 data
