Description
Twenty-three laboratories participated in a cooperative evaluation of four new reference water samples containing enriched levels of 2H and 18O. The recommended mean values for the two 2H water standards are: IAEA 302A, 506.2 ± 4.7per mille (x ± sx vs V-SMOW); (95% CI: 504.0 and 508.4per mille) and IAEA 302B, 992.3 ± 13.5per mille; (95% CI: 985.6 and 999.0per mille); the values for the 18O standards are: IAEA 304A, 252.9 ± 2.6per mille (95% CI: 251.8 and 254.1per mille) and IAEA 304B, 503.3 ± 5.5per mille (95% CI: 500.9 and 505.8per mille).
