Configuration entropy of nonstoichiometric cubic vanadium and niobium carbides
Description
Concentration dependences of configuration entropy of VCx and NbCx cubic carbides (X = 0.70-1.0) at 1000, 2000 and 3000 K temperatures with regard to the nearest order in vacancy distributions in nonmetallic sublattice and in approximation of 'regular solution' are calculated. Discussion of calculation results is carried out
