Phototransfer thermoluminescence in anion-defect α-Al2O3 crystals

Description
The technique for studying the transfer processes of charge carriers through photo- and thermostimulation between the main dosimetric and deep traps in anion-defect α-Al2O3 crystals is proposed and realized. Existence of interactive interrelation between above-mentioned traps is confirmed by direct experiments. The dependences of phototransfer thermoluminescence (FTTL) on heat rate and number of cycles for reading dosimetric information are studied. Possibility of using FTTL as reserve channel for receiving dosimetric information is shown

Предложена и реализована методика исследования при фото- и термостимуляции процессов трансфера носителей заряда между основной дозиметрической и глубокой ловушками в анион-дефектных кристаллах α-Al2O3. Прямыми экспериментами подтверждено наличие интерактивной взаимосвязи между указанными ловушками. Изучены зависимости фототрансферной термолюминесции (ФТТЛ) от скорости нагрева и числа циклов считывания дозиметрической информации. Показана возможность использования ФТТЛ как резервного канала получения дозиметрической информацииAdditional details
