Female rat pancreatic blood flow measured by 133Xe clearance technique: pregnancy influence and oestradiol immediate effect

Description
Female Rat pancreatic blood flow is measured by 133Xe clearance technique without interruption blood circulation. Its value is enhanced during late pregnancy, but not immediately influenced by exogenous glucose and/or oestradiol. Relation with glucose-induced insulin hypersecretion is discussed

Le debit sanguin pancreatique est mesure chez la Ratte, par la technique de clearance du 133Xe sans interruption de la circulation sanguine. Sa valeur est augmentee en fin de gestation, mais n'est pas influencee immediatement par un apport exogene de glucose et/ou d'oestradiol.
