PbTe-NH4Br system gas phase composition

Description
Thermodynamic analysis of Pb-Te-NH4Br system is carried out in the temperature range from 600 to 1100 K and general pressures 1.01x103-1.01x105 Pa on the basis of calculated partial pressures of gas substances. Pressure and temperature range for growing of monocrystals and PbTe epitaxial layers using chemical transport reaction method in closed volume is determined
