Ultrasoft X-ray emission spectra of components in oxicarbonitrides of titanium

Results of investigation of X-ray emission NiLα, OKα, NKα, TiLl-bands in titanium oxycarbonitrides of alternating composition of TiCxNyOz type are presented. On the basis of the spectra analysis electron-energy structure of the compounds with alternating concentration of atoms as to indices x, y, z is discussed
