Orientation effect on antiproton channeling
Description
Calculation of angular distribution of protons and antiprotons with energies of the order of hundreds of kev, transmitted through thin monocrystalline silicon foils under channeling conditions, was conducted. Calculations were performed by the method of computerized simulation of particle motion in channels, using string model with Mollier-Arginsoj potential, with account of multiple scattering, dechanneling and particle stopping. 5 refs.; 2 figs
