The modelling of turbulent recirculating flows for the purpose of reactor thermal-hydraulic analysis
Description
The paper presents the status of development in the modelling of turbulent recirculating flows for the purpose of reactor thermal-hydraulic analysis at the 'Laboratoire National d'Hydraulique'. In particular, a new method for wall-friction modelling is described. Other presented results concern the modelling of buoyancy effects with examples of application to stratified flows in piping systems. (orig.)
