Photoconductivity of 2D electron system in magnetic field

Description
The latest photoconductivity measurements in the semiconducting 2D electron systems by presence of the magnetic field, normal to the 2D plane, indicate the oscillations of its magnetic dependence in the relatively weak magnetic fields. It is shown that the two-dimensional analogue of the magnetophoton (phonon) oscillations, studied in detail in the 3D samples, is referred here

Недавние измерения фотопроводимости в полупроводниковых 2D электронных системах при наличии магнитного поля, нормального 2D плоскости, обнаруживают осцилляции ее магнитной зависимости в относительно слабых магнитных поля.
