Phase composition structure and properties of films on the base of zirconium dioxide and yttrium oxide

Description
Interrelation of optical characteristics of ZrO2+Y2O3 mixture base films with concentration of yttrium oxide was investigated. Linear dependence of refractive index of ZrO2-Y2O3 system film on Y2O3 content was established experimentally. This testifies to congruent evaporation of sample, containing up to 20 mol% Y2O3
