Computer processing of radioimmunological determinations

Programmes are written for the evaluation of radioimmunological assays on a PDS-3 computer. A hyperbola of general order is used for the description of the calibration relationship. The programme includes the calculation of the calibration relationship, the drawing of the curve, the qualitative evaluation of the scatter of experimental data and the evaluation of the correctness of the procedure used for the evaluation and calculation of concentrations of the analyzed samples. The programmes proved useful in practice and are used as a routine for the evaluation of series of radioimmunological assays. (author)
