Solid-state NMR spectroscopy on binary and ternary semiconductor compounds
Description
In this thesis the NMR spectroscopy of the compounds InP, GaAs, CdSxSe1-x, and ZnxCd1-xSe is described. Especially measured were the chemical shifts and the spin-lattice relaxation times. (HSI)
